if there’s one thing about people that pisses me off, it’s elitist tendencies. just because you have convinced yourself that you know everything and are currently in the process of trying to convince everyone else that you are the mecca of all correct information, opinions, ways of life, etc. does not mean that you are. in fact, it means quite the opposite. have you never heard the saying ‘the more you know, the less you know’ ? apparently not, as according to you, once you know just a sliver of information it is your galactic duty to share it with the world so they don’t have to suffer being ignorant anymore. you do not shit ice cream. learn some humility. yes, the internet, facebook, the blogosphere, cell phones, instant media… all have attributed to our generation’s sense of entitlement and self-riotousness, which we are all subject to, however in your case it has been most annoying and unflattering. so be quiet for once, stop hearing, and start listening.
